Rehabilitation Assistant / Support Worker - Rosehill
- Rehab assistant / support worker to assist people that have had an acquired brain injury through a process of rehabilitation.
- To work within a multi-disciplinary team, follow through rehab programmes and support therapists and nurses.
- Enablement service provided ongoing support to clients that have been rehabilitated to accommodation in the community.
- Car driver essential.
- Element of direct personal care involved with unit post.

Rosehill Rehabilitation Unit provides quality specialist support for people who have acquired a head injury and neuro-disability resulting in them needing rehabilitation back to the community with support. We also undertake specialist work with individuals with dual diagnosis including neuro-psychiatric conditions.
