Julie is the Quality Development Advisor for Health, she is responsible for supporting services and promoting ways for the people who choose to live in a Craegmoor service to stay healthy.

Kath Cheer – Quality Development Advisor for Supported Living and Domiciliary Care
Kath started working for Craegmoor 4 years ago, setting up and managing a supported living service for eight adults with enduring mental illnesses. She has been in a central supported living role within Craegmoor since early 2007.
Vicki Burley - Quality Advisor for Engagement and Involvement
Vicki’s role includes development work and supporting individual services as necessary. On the development side, she provide the tools that the people who live in our services need to communicate in a way that suits them and give people the information they need in a way they can understand.
Alasdair Munro - Quality Improvement Support Manager
Alasdair provides support to the Scottish and Welsh Homes and to Older People services across the country. He is involved in auditing services, providing advice on a range of quality issues and, when required, gets involved in supporting the operational side of the Older People Division.
Patricia Galloway – Quality Improvement Support Manager
Patricia joined Craegmoor almost three years ago as Clinical Governance Auditor, providing audit and support to Homes in Area 4, part of 50 and other parts of the country as and when needed.
Claire Mulcahy - Quality Improvement Support Manager
Claire’s role involves conducting audits of services, but also supporting and advising Home Managers and other staff members to ensure that they can meet statutory and company quality standards so that the people who use our services have a better quality of life.

Debra supports and develops the delivery of dementia care within Craegmoor.
Gill Lucas - Risk Health & Safety Advisor
Gill is responsible for supporting the company and individual services to ensure the safety of the people who use Craegmoor’s services, staff, visitors, and contractors.
Lisa Berwick - Development Advisor - Behaviour Support
Lisa qualified as a nurse for people with learning disabilities in 1988; then trained as a nurse behaviour therapist in 1991.
