Craegmoor offer care and support to older people (65+) suffering from age related illness such as dementia, strokes and other difficulties associated with older age.
We provide a tailor made care package for over 2,200 people residing in overĀ 45 nursing and residential settings nationwide.
Craegmoor is committed to developing and providing health and social care needs which treat older people as individuals and enable them to make choices about the services and care they receive. We positively encourage daily interaction between our residents and local community services by trying to create and maintain a lifestyle that would have been enjoyed at home such as involvement with charities, library services, Rotary meetings, gardening clubs etc as well as utilising professional services such as dental, chiropody, physiotherapy and others from within the local area.
Our homes have been thoughtfully laid out and designed to suit the many differing needs of residents and we encourage participation from families and friends through regular visits and involvement in special days and activities.
We provide personal and professional services which allow choice and participation in interests, hobbies and retained abilities with daily activities arranged such as knitting, arts and crafts, chess, quizzes, relaxation therapies etc.
