We have many fantastic services in Craegmoor and Leading Lights is our opportunity to showcase them and celebrate success.
As well as the ‘hard’ performance measures there are other aspects that are more difficult to measure – the ‘magic factors’. It is these things that make a Craegmoor service a Great Place to Live and Work.
By combining as many sources of information as possible we built up an accurate overall picture of the quality and success of the service.
Selecting the overall Leading Light in Craegmoor will be a difficult decision. However, we are looking forward to the challenge, and to celebrating the achievements of all our Area and Divisional Leading Lights at our Pride of Craegmoor awards evening on 29th November 2007.
