Leading Lights is our opportunity to recognise the many fantastic services we have within Craegmoor, and to share in and celebrate their success.
As well as the considering financial and audit performance measures, we looked for other elements within the service. Top of the list was positive outcomes for the people who use our services – as well as staff morale, professionalism, innovation, energy, fun and – in short – magic! There are many good services in Craegmoor but the Leading Light 2008 will have that special ‘magic factor’.
By combining all the available information, we provided an accurate picture of the overall quality and success of the service detailing what made this the outstanding service in the Area.
We all face a difficult decision in selecting the very best of the best and we are really looking forward to the challenge, and to celebrating the achievements of all our Leading Lights at the Pride of Craegmoor Awards.
