Jodie shows respect to the residents and colleagues and is always ready to help me bring residents down to enjoy an afternoon of music and fun. I like the way she listens and focuses on the resident she is dealing with - and the residents are always happy to see her on duty and disappointed when she has a day off. They trust and confide in her, if I ever have to go into a home, Jodie would be the kind of person I would want looking after me.

Noreen is a very universal person, she is a charismatic manager, who when required transforms into a wonderful, resident care assistant, and at times even a fantastic cook! Besides her duties in the office she can be seen repairing small things with a screwdriver. She is always challenging herself - her main objective is for the health and safety of our residents, she provides the highest standards of service in our home.

She has a good understanding of all the departments and is happy to help others where necessary. She always puts residents and colleagues at the top of her agenda and encourages team work.
